A ‘Pig’s Tale’ is an evening culinary event organized by The Pavilions Resort in collaboration with Wine & Taste, inviting you on a culinary journey on 19th September from 7.00pm onwards.
The Pavilions will be celebrating everything ‘hog’ related, bringing you the best of pork from ‘nose to tail’, by Chef Belinda, showcasing her silky skills to excite your taste buds and pepper your palate.
Chef Belinda will be using some of her best kept recipes, utilizing every part of a pig to bring you some of the most honest real food. The price is 1,800 THB per person, including a half bottle of a fine vintage to wash down the tasty food.
