I love pasta, don’t you? There is nothing more filling and wholesome than a quality pasta dish, and it’s also great if you play sports and want to add a bit of extra carbs to your diet. Most normal people, and even persons such as I, buy ready-made pasta from the supermarkets and boil in water, but wouldn’t you like to make your pasta from fresh? We all probably would but in honesty we didn’t really think about it or even know how to do it!
If you want to learn how to make fresh pasta, you really need to get yourself over to the Plantation Restaurant at The Pavilions Resort Phuket on the 23rd of May for their ‘Art of Pasta” afternoon. Join Chef Belinda who will host this unique workshop and teach you how to make pasta from scratch for every day usage in most Italian dishes.
